Terms of Service
Effective date September 21, 2026
These terms apply to herfieldjournal.com, learn.herfieldjournal.com, and anything you buy from Her Field Journal. Her Field Journal is operated by Tionna Honaker in Montana. In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" mean Her Field Journal, and "you" means anyone who visits the site or buys a product.
By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or buy from us.
1. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase.
2. Using the site
You may read, share links to, and print pages from this site for your own personal use. Please don't copy our content onto another site, scrape it, or use it in a way that implies we endorse you.
Affiliate links. Some posts contain affiliate links. If you buy through one, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
3. Buying a course or digital product
What you get. Each product page describes what's included. For UGC Launchpad, that is twelve video lessons in four modules and eight downloadable templates.
Price and payment. Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Delivery. Access is delivered by email right after purchase. If you don't receive it within an hour, check your spam or promotions folder, then email [email protected].
Access period. You can watch the course at your own pace for as long as we offer it. If we ever retire a course, we'll give buyers at least 30 days' notice to download the templates.
4. All sales are final
Because lessons and downloads are delivered immediately, all sales are final and purchases are not refundable.
We'll still make things right in these situations:
- You can't access what you bought. Email [email protected] and we'll fix the problem. If we can't, we'll refund you.
- You were charged twice for the same product. We'll refund the duplicate charge.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us before disputing the charge with your bank. Most problems can be fixed within a day by email.
If you live somewhere that gives consumers a right to cancel purchases of digital content, by checking the acknowledgment box at checkout you ask for immediate access and agree that this right ends once access begins.
5. Your license to the course
When you buy a course, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own learning and your own creator work.
You may: watch the lessons, print and fill in the templates, and use the templates to run your own business, including sending them to brands you work with once you've filled them in.
You may not: share your login, post or resell the lessons, or redistribute, resell, or give away the blank templates, in whole or in part.
We may end access for anyone who shares logins or redistributes course materials.
6. Educational purpose and no guarantees
Our courses teach skills and share one person's approach. We don't guarantee brand partnerships, work, clients, or income. Results depend on your effort, your skill, the market, and factors outside anyone's control.
Rates and platforms mentioned in our materials are described as published market information at the time of writing. They aren't a prediction of what you will earn, and they change over time.
Nothing we publish is legal, tax, or financial advice. For contracts, taxes, or business formation questions, talk to a qualified professional.
Third-party platforms. Our materials mention companies such as CapCut, Billo, Insense, Trend, Collabstr, JoinBrands, Upwork, and Fiverr. We aren't affiliated with or endorsed by them, and their terms and fees are their own.
7. Comments and anything you share
If you comment in the course or on the site, keep it kind and on topic. You keep ownership of what you write, and you give us permission to display it where you posted it. We may remove comments that are abusive, spammy, or off topic.
We will never use your name, words, or videos in our marketing without asking you first.
8. Our content
The lessons, templates, written content, photos, and design on this site belong to Her Field Journal and are protected by copyright. The license in section 5 is the only permission we grant for course materials.
9. Disclaimers
The site and our products are provided "as is." We work hard to keep everything accurate and working, but we can't promise the site will always be available or error-free.
10. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim related to the site or a product is limited to the amount you paid us for that product. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business opportunities.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Montana, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will always show the current version. Changes don't affect purchases made before the change.
